Your Bartending Training begins here, right behind the bar! From your very 1st day till your last, you'll be hands-on in our school. You will develop the talent and expertise it takes to become an extraordinary bartender. From soup to nuts we cover it all. Learn how to properly open, maintain and close the bar. Learn all of the tricks of the trade in making great drinks to keep the customers happy. Our training course provides an introduction to the fascinating world of cocktails and professional bartending. We'll provide a practical foundation in the mechanics of mixology and cocktail preparation. You learn methods of cocktail making; building a drink, stirring, shaking, blending, layering, muddling and straining. Your bartending experience starts with an introduction and an informative talk, covering garnishes, bar equipment, setting up, glassware, cocktail terminology and tricks used by our industry experts
From there you'll begin your bartender training. We start with the lesson, covering important points to remember. Your instructor will then demonstrate how to properly pour and build the cocktails. After a break you will have the chance to make some of the most popular classic and contemporary cocktails out there, including Classic Martinis, Sours, Mojito’s, Cosmopolitans, Iced Teas and much more.
